Oh hey, I really loved that episode!

- Yes, you could see the end coming from the very beginning, just like in Sisterhooves Special, but the main difference here is that Sisterhooves Special was extremely linear and the ending that everyone saw coming was obvious throughout the entire episode.
In this episode, however, the ending is obvious at the very start, but becomes less and less likely until the very end in a scene which I, frankly, find quite heartwarming.
I enjoyed the return of some of the memes like Rainbow Dash's "Deal With It" glasses and Fluttershy's "Yay?". I am, after all, the Minister Of Overused Memes.
While most characters didn't have many lines, all of them stayed in character, as far as I can tell.
And who can forget the song? While it's not "Winter Wrap Up" levels of awesomeness, it was still an incredibly enjoyable song.

'Course, all the Stop Having Fun Guys and Moral Guardians probably would have raised a fuss, but it would have been worth it for the joke.

Meh, I guess it's not everyone's cup of tea and they could have gotten the point across without adding in a song, but really, that's the case with most songs (except the Pinkie Pie songs because it's Pinkie Pie), even and especially Winter Wrap Up.
I don't see anything wrong with the song. The melody wasn't anymore repetitive than the ones of the other songs so far, the lyrics were fine and the singing was flawless.

Heh, yeah. I noticed that the liarjack emoticon didn't display properly the first time I used it, so I tested it here. I loved that song, actually.
Regarding Scoots: I was honestly hoping for the episode to be about her actually becoming RD's pet, both because that would be adorable, and because it would be funny.
