Current mind debate: Female/Male ratio is unbalanced in Equestria cause the ~~Empress~~Princess Celestia has enacted life-long compulsive military service on a large portion of the male pony population.

There are many royal guards of course... but many more are at the borders of Equestria, keeping watch over its neighbors. Male ponies who are not in the military are exempt for various reasons, like farming/food, political pull, buy-outs, deemed unworthy of military service, dishonourable discharge and other stuff.

Pinkie’ll probably kill herself over thinking that one of her friends (See: Anyone) MIGHT not like her.
Twilight’ll probably die of a stress-related heart attack or end up killing someone after going insane and get executed, since she seems to actually have some kind of mental disease/disorder, as opposed to the others’ quirks.
Applejack will probably die of a work-related incident. Possibly getting injured on the farm, and being too prideful/stubborn to get help.
Rarity will probably eventually get mugged and murdered, since she runs around wearing fucking swag galore.
Fluttershy’ll probably turn into a hermit after her friends start dying, and eventually die an animal related death, such as a rabid animal bite or getting attacked by a previously friendly animal that got too hungry due to her being a hermit.
Rainbow Dash flies around in the sky faster than sound, while an impact with an object at those speeds could kill her instantly, or send her flying towards the ground with a crippled wing to her death.

If I remember correctly, I diagnosed them all with various mental deficiencies that pertain to insanity.
I'm not a doctor, though; when I cut people open, they die instead of getting better.

In that case, I'd say a trip down the archery range would be the more likely answer.

For all the shit Pinkie is, she's not suicidal.
I personally think she'll accidentally eat herself to death, whether by bursting her stomach or just fucking up her nutritional balance so hard that even her super metabolism can't save her.

Twilight would definitely be in line for a heart attack, but I don't think she's ever gone out of it enough to actively threaten others. She might inadvertently kill herself with a spell gone wrong, though.

Applejack, yeah, work-related accident or possibly just outright working herself to death. If she lost the farm, she might also starve to death by refusing to take anything she can't pay back.

Rarity seems to have enough guile to avoid getting herself murdered, but shit happens, I guess. I could also see her getting into certain illicit substances if such things are popular in Equestrian high society and accidentally OD-ing or something.

Fluttershy's definitely the type to die alone, probably with (maybe because of) all her animal friends.

RD's really fucking resilient. While she could die, of course, I imagine that she'd be more at risk of paralyzing herself and then committing suicide out of shame.
