As for the Mane Six:

Twilight would probably be leaning toward one side or the other, but would also be more than willing to experiment with anything or anyone, at least once.

Rarity would likely act heteronormative and relatively kinkless in public, even if she wasn't. In private, though, she could be anything.

Pinkie Pie would probably be pansexual in a strange way, in that she wouldn't necessarily care about the fact that its sex so much as that it's both fun and intimate. She, like Twi, would be willing to try anything at least once, although for slightly different reasons.

Applejack, despite the whole rodeo girl, probably wouldn't actually be a bondage fetishist (not to say she wouldn't enjoy a little kinkiness, of course). Otherwise, she'd either probably be fairly 'normal' as far as pony sexuality goes, or extremely fetishistic from the fact that she had a suppressed sexuality in early life.

I'll let you guys make suggestions about the two pegasi since they're... interesting in my headcanon. Plus, go ahead and give your own theories on the rest of the ponies.

For the most part, I agree with what you said.

Rainbow Dash... I'm tempted to say that she would be too busy training to bother with anything, casual or otherwise, but given how lazy chill she normally is in the show, I tend to lean more towards "anyone at all". She's always been completely unbiased bisexual in my headcanon, anyways, which makes sense, from a certain perspective. She can't know if she's the best if she hasn't tried it every way, can she?

Fluttershy is a rather tough one for me to pin down. Either she's a repressed nymphomaniac or she's asexual. Consider the fanon associations of wings. From that, we can extrapolate a connection between flight ability and sex drive (which would also fit with my interpretation of RD); Fluttershy is nearly incapable of flight at almost all times, and the only times where she is capable of sustained, normal flight are when it is very important that she do so for the sake of her friends.

IMO there hasn't been enough shown on screen to make any reasonable assumptions about sexuality. All we know is Rarity and Spike are both at least straight. The rest can go any which way.

Canon. That's pretty much... maybe Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, since the former seems to have very easy access to the latter's house and bedroom, and Spike and Rarity in presumably non-sexual relations.

Of course we don't have much/any canon support for any ships beyond Spike/Rarity, so we instigate repeated instances of WMG, just like we do with everything else.
