Dragon's Dogma right now...

Hit a wall and am now getting my arse kicked 10 ways. Enemies in certain areas are stronger, taking longer to kill and hitting harder too... as in 2-3 shotting me while being like a freaking big ass monster fight, but harder. Well, there is another tier of giants when it comes to strength too...

Anyways, I just lost one of my rented pawns... a little sorcerer... she fell to her doom in a harpy attack down in some caves... the poor lass. I probably should not have tried to rush it, now I'm short my big hitter for this Chimera...

I'm learning romhacking! With Pokemon! My local brony group is actually making a hack of Pokemon Ruby at the moment. At my suggestion. And under my leadership. And I'm making a lot of the human sprites. And I'm learning scripting and map editing. So basically I've got a lot of responsibility here and for some reason it feels amazing.

EDIt: Also we're aiming for at least 100 fake mons, because every generation of Pokemon so far has introduced at least 100 new ones. So far we're at 61 after about five days. And we have an amazing concept artist! Ah well, good luck! Romhacking can be fun. I don't know anything about gameboy hacking otherwise I'd offer some help or something though, heh.

I actually managed to make freighter and some automines and I also surveyed planets for minerals. Then I made the freighter take mines to roid on frigging REPEAT.

Yeah, Im learning to play Aurora. ***k yeah.

Heading through a marathon of Halo titles again; I just finished Halo 2.

Halo 2 is definitely the weakest of the Bungie titles (I won't bother with any of the newer ones after Reach.), the single player is just plain dull. Reach, to me, is the strongest of the games. It's also the most difficult. Elites are just much more fun to fight than Brutes.

The Library. That level still gives me nightmares and I have to force myself through it each time I play it.

A new trilogy by spinoff 343 industries; Halo 4 is coming out this year, I won't bother with it for at least a couple of years, considering I just bought Halo: Reach a week ago.

Reach multiplayer was also substantially easier; I ended up bagging quite a few extermination, perfection, and [whatever the 30+ killstreak was]. It was certainly a different style of fun, though I don't think anything in gaming will ever equal the fun I had with Halo 3 custom games with a lobby full of friends. I remember this one Tremors map we used that was absolutely brilliant.

Anyhow, been playing Blacklight: Retribution, and it has been awesome even though I'm still on my crappy home internet and my computer chugs a bit when rendering large areas. Certainly the least pay-to-win F2P game I've seen in a while; the wallet warriors are just annoying rather than game-breaking.

Gears of War 3. Clayton Carmine has some funny moments due to trainwrecks involving his taunts. I managed to down Queen Myrrah (I was playing on a private Warzone game with bots on Insane because I don't have Live), I took out my snub pistol and picked her up as a shield. Carmine said nothing about this, but right after I picked her up I pulled off a perfect reload and Carmine shouts "C'mon, BEND OVER!"

In my news, I'm thinking of picking Sims 3 and starting a household that has ALL the post-scratch trolls. All of them. Feferi at the mayor's office, Gamzee unemployed, Aradia a ghostbuster (or whatever it's called), Vriska a criminal, etc., then showing my friend screenshots. It sounds like fun, I might start tomorrow

Fallout: New Vegas again, this time in Hardcore mode and as a male this time. I think I'll go Indy Vegas this time, I went NCR last time.
Also tried to play Fallout 1 again; I just cannot stand the painfully slow combat system. Or the lack of music in the background, I need something other than atmospheric noise to play a game.
