Sorta. Yogscast are those folks who do Lets Plays of Minecraft showing off different mods. The main participants are the Riker lookalike and the dwarf. The comic's probably based on the time they showed off the Mine Little Pony mod, because they ended up hanging out with someone playing as Luna, someone as RD and I guess someone as Vinyl.

Yogscast seems to be one of those things people either love or hate. I find them funny, but have lost interest as they stopped doing a lot of Minecraft stuff.

I do believe that Pony eyes are more evolved than ours. They can contract and dilate much more than ours, and they can move independently of eachother.

I don't think that would be "more evolved" per se, just evolved differently. We're predators, they're prey. They need to have sharp vision to see hidden predators and their eyes moving independently are for looking all around them so they can see predators coming after them. We can only look forward and to the side because we don't need to see around us, since we're one of the top predators. We have pretty good vision compared to a lot of animals.
