I remember this fic. Was pretty grim, but it did help to instill in me my current headcanon, that the Elements would grant their bearers eternal life if they were willing to take it. And thankfully, it doesn't end terribly depressing. Good read, all in all.

Ahh these, first piece of fanfiction I read. I never found them that good though. I didnt read the bonus chapters because of that. I remember having good laugh though.
