Favoring heavy weapons I see... Male X-Com Ponies would all be as big as Big Mac. Each and every one of em. The scientists/engineers/'advisers' would be normal sized.

I don't see why you'd put the big guys on the firing line. Bigger targets are easier to hit targets, and when the enemy's weapons have no issues fucking you three ways to Tuesday, you want to reduce the chance of getting shot as much as possible. I think most X-Com soldiers would actually be pegasi. Quick on their feet, even quicker under their wings, and a smaller frame than the earth ponies.

Ψicorns, anyone? Anyways, my guess is that earth ponies would be at headquarters; and pegasi would be fighting, since they can't do much else and they have a warrior history.
