There's the moderation log, which is the closest to a ban list we'll ever get. Toady just records all bans and mutes (until they expire) here and wipes the list every year or so. Good thing, too, else the list would be massive. After the wipe, the only record of the ban belongs in the minds of the forumers who forever remember our sins.
